In case I surrender the vanity number not being comfortable due to resemblance with enquiry numbers, the charge collected for the provision of vanity number should be refunded.

The vanity number may be changed to another vanity number in such a case. However no refund is permitted.

VPN services are restricted to Corporate Customers only. Whether it is applicable for companies not registered under Company Act.

VPN services can be provided to firms not registered under the Companies Act, after due verification. Such firms or groups must be identified by commonality of objective (administrative, commercial, religious etc). However this is not applicable to unrelated individuals.
