What amount will be charged when subscriber –A of UP (E) Cellular Circle Lucknow making a call to subscriber -B of UP (East) Cellular Circle roaming at (a) Meerut (b) Mumbai?
Subscriber –A will have to pay the local call charges in both cases whereas subscriber-B (while receiving the call) will have to pay the STD charge from Agra to Lucknow for case (a) and Lucknow to Mumbai for case (b) above.

"There is no initial deposit for availing the facility of voice mail service. Initially, Voice mail service is to be applied free of cost and then it can be activated by dialing the number 17000 and following the series of IVRS instructions. The procedure of setting of voice mail-box may take 8 to 10 minutes time, hence, it shall be tried only when subscriber is free and can devote this much of time to the system. Once the voice mailbox is setup, then facility of VMS may be availed by diverting the call to 17000 under specified requirement."
