BSNL, as you all know, is a quintessential partner of Government of India in providing state-of-the-art telecom services in all nooks and corners of our vast nation, be it the project of BharatNet to connect Gram Panchayats through optical fiber for high-speed broadband connectivity or providing telecom services in LWE states.

Our moto is to serve our customers with transparency and with a smile. BSNL has taken initiative by facilitating Wi-Fi hotspots at strategic locations to strengthen its mobile data network, resulting in unprecedented data growth in this sector.

                           I am well aware of its strengths and areas where we still have scope to improve to serve you better.
