Roaming STV

BSNL provides free Incoming Call facility while National Roaming to all its Customers
In addition to existing arrangement of Roaming with MTNL as VLMN in Delhi, the competent authority
has decided to offer Inter Circle Roaming with Vodafone as VLMN in Delhi area as under:-

(a)The BSNL customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN will be charged
as per standard roaming rates (except for point no. (b) & (c) stated below).

  • Call charges are calculated based on the call units which are calculated by dividing call duration by the pulse rate defined in the Tariff Plan rounded of 2 decimal places with accuracy up to ± 1 paisa ..
  • The call duration is measured with accuracy up to ± 1 second as per TRAI Regulations
  • Where the charge is dependent upon the time of day, the time of day shall be recorded to within ±1 second ..
  • On-net denotes BSNL network and off-net denotes others network.
  • Validity starts from the date and time of latest recharge.
  • During both the Bonus Periods, no O/G calls shall be allowed except emergency (toll free) & IVR Calls, however I/C will be allowed only in GP-1.
  • The unutilized balance amount of the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the Bonus Period I, other wise it shall lapse.
  • The SIM number can be re-activated with in additional Bonus Period II of 165 days even beyond the Bonus Period I of 7 days for all Card values . However, in such case, the credit balance will lapse but the subscriber will not have to pay activation charges.
  • With Flexi Top up and C-Top up, customers have freedom to choose any denomination, any time and at any where.
  • Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of Top-up of Rs.200 is applicable for all Lifetime / Saral Anant customers for 180 days validity extension, failing which the SIM card will be permanently deactivated.
