• Job Responsibilities of LD Unit
  • Issue of policy and guidelines for land, buildings, civil structures and real estate management

  • Manage all affairs related to lands, buildings, rents and taxes on lands

  • Manage all affairs of Building Technical (BT) and Building General (BG) cells

  • Manage all matters related to Quality Assurance, Enlistment of Contractors, complaints, work procedure, processing of tenders and all related matters

  • Conduct all affairs of Quality Assurance for Civil Wing as a whole Manage all affairs related to the Works Section

  • Manage all affairs related to Accounts & Contractors section

  • Manage the Central Design Cell for civil engineering stream within BSNL – responsible for standardization of latest technology to be introduced in land and buildings asset management
